3Par Storage Solution Is Coming To The Market

HP increased its bid offer to $30 per share. Dell in its turn made a $3 rise. It was the beginning of bidding war for 3Par and brought the bidding to $2 billion. In middle August Dell offered more than $1 billion for 3Par, so HP’s bid received more advantage. Finally, Dell was thinking over its next step.

CA data-storage company gives the data that cloud computing is becoming of high interest for storage market.

Both companies know their business development as spreading of computing handheld devices. This reason makes the fight more strenuous. Meanwhile HP and Dell were at the top of server market. Gradually the business starts to follow the idea of cloud computing that is why both companies are struggling for the best position.

Of course, cloud computing suggests definite unquestionable advantages for small businesses. These are upfront costs, the main sum is paid for by the cloud storage provider, so its perfect chance for small businesses to lessen the costs. Besides it is obviously a plus to reduce IT staff employees and decreases ongoing costs, as numerous users share their resources in the cloud model.

It doesn’t matter who will become the winner of the fight. It is obviously that it will be the only storage solution, offering more excellent production and cost efficiencies. Either Dell or HP will bring enterprise 3Par storage solutions to the existing portfolio. The lucky one will attract customers by acceptable costs and value.
