Google plans Pay-Per-View Hollywood movies service by end of 2010

Google has planned a Pay-Per-View global rental service for Hollywood movies that would be either a part of or connected to You Tube. The launch is expected by the end of this year. According to the Financial Times, negotiations between Google and the studios have been going on for some months now but have ramped up in recent weeks. It also says that the service will be available first in the U.S. and the other countries will be facilitated later.
